Specifications in writing
Each quotation states the grade, key quality parameters, packing, quantity, price basis and shipment window. If a supplier cannot meet a parameter, you hear it before the contract.
No claims we can’t document
We don’t publish certifications, capacities or origins we can’t back up. Where a figure isn’t confirmed yet, this site says so.
