Which products do you supply?
Tamarind pulp, tamarind seeds, candlenut, raw cashew nuts in shell (kernels on request), coconut shell charcoal and charcoal briquettes. Each has its own product page.
Where do your specifications come from?
From supplier data and checks on the lot offered. We don’t publish figures we haven’t confirmed; your quotation states the values that apply to your lot.
Can I get samples?
Yes, from the lot on offer. Sample quantity and courier cost are agreed before dispatch.
What is the minimum order?
It depends on the product and is stated on the quotation. TBC
Which Incoterms do you offer?
FOB, CFR and CIF are our starting points. If you are unsure, choose “Need guidance” in the quotation form. TBC
What are your payment terms?
Agreed in the sales contract for each order. TBC
How long does an order take?
Availability and lead time are confirmed with the supplier before you commit, and stated on the quotation.
Which export documents do you provide?
Documents are confirmed for each transaction: typically commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading and certificate of origin, plus product-specific certificates where applicable.
Do you hold certifications?
We only show certifications that are valid and relevant to the product. None are claimed on this site at present. TBC
